NAVIGATING500 - Planning and Assessment Report

This report is a culmination of the first phase of project - the planning and assessment phase. The Planning and Assessment phase was done to arrive at insights that will help inform the design process moving ahead. It involved the following:

• Refining the area of intervention

• Understanding perceptions and challenges of both bus users and non-users

• Baselining the issues across all the 3 stages of the journey (at the bus stop, on the bus, along the first and last mile routes)

The findings from the user surveys, user interviews, bus stop audits, bus route audits and walking audits have been complied and the inputs for intervention have been summarised in this report.
